Palliative & hospice support

Comfort is a full-time job. Hospice teams visit — we stay.

Hospice and palliative teams bring the medical expertise, but their visits are measured in hours per week. The rest of the time belongs to the family. We fill those hours with steady, unhurried presence — so comfort doesn't depend on how much the people who love someone can physically carry.

How we help

What this looks like, day to day

Presence, up to around the clock

Near-daily or 24-hour coverage through the Full Presence plan — including the overnight hours, which are often the hardest for families to cover alone.

Comfort-focused personal care

Bathing, repositioning support, hygiene, and skin observation delivered gently and unhurried. The visit is sacred: modesty and pace matter more than efficiency here than anywhere.

Coordination with your hospice team

Caregivers observe and report so the clinical team hears about changes quickly, and a licensed RN reviews observations on our side. One team, clear communication.

Room for the family to be family

When someone is holding vigil, the errands, meals, and nights still exist. We carry the daily-living load so the time that's left can be spent together.

This support runs through the Full Presence Plan, scoped after an in-home assessment. Care is paced to the person, not the clock.

An honest note on scope

What we do — and what we don't

CarePali does not provide hospice or palliative medicine — pain management, nursing, and medical decisions belong to your hospice or palliative team, and we never step into that role. We are the non-medical presence alongside them. If you don't have a hospice team yet, we'll point you to reputable ones in the area.

The first step is a 30-minute conversation.

Not a sales call — a clinical and operational read on your loved one's situation, your family's needs, and whether CarePali is the right fit. Patrick personally leads every discovery call. If we're the right team, we'll show you exactly what care would look like for your situation. If we're not, we'll tell you who in the area is.
