Home from Community Memorial or St. John's Regional
Community Memorial Hospital on North Brent Street in Ventura and St. John's Regional Medical Center on North Rose Avenue in Oxnard both discharge patients back into these neighborhoods. The first weeks at home are where recovery is actually won or lost, and that is the stretch we staff.
