Service area · Pacific Palisades

In-home care for Palisades families, wherever home is right now.

The Palisades is still rebuilding, and a great many families from this community are not living at their own address yet. If your parent is in a rental in Santa Monica, in a spare room at your place, or back in a finished house on the old street — that is where we come.

Care in Pacific Palisades

What this looks like here

Care that follows the person, not the address

Displacement has a way of restarting everything — new doctors, new pharmacy, new route to the grocery store. Care shouldn't have to restart too. If the living situation changes again mid-rebuild, the care plan and the caregiver travel with your parent rather than being rebuilt from scratch.

Older adults carry upheaval differently

Losing the house is hard on everyone in a family. It tends to be hardest on the person who had the most routine built into it, and harder still if memory loss is already part of the picture. Familiar faces and a predictable daily rhythm are the most useful things care can put back — that's the whole design of how we work.

When you are back on the hill

The canyon roads and hillside streets here mean access is worth planning rather than improvising, especially for anyone using a walker. We work that out with you in the assessment instead of discovering it on day one.

Care runs month to month on one of three plans — Steady, Continuity, or Full Presence — starting at $1,700 per month. Which one fits is decided after an in-home assessment, not over the phone. See plans and pricing.

An honest note on scope

What we do — and what we don't

CarePali provides non-medical, in-home daily-living care — bathing and personal care, meals, medication reminders, mobility support, companionship, and the household rhythm around them. We are not a home-health agency and not a nursing service. If your parent needs skilled nursing, we will say so in the first conversation. To be clear about what this page is not: CarePali is not a disaster-relief organization, a rebuilding service, or an insurance advocate, and we are not going to pretend otherwise to get a call. We do one thing — the daily-living care of an older adult — and we do it wherever your family is living while the rest gets sorted out.

The first step is a 30-minute conversation.

Not a sales call — a clinical and operational read on your loved one's situation, your family's needs, and whether CarePali is the right fit. Patrick personally leads every discovery call. If we're the right team, we'll show you exactly what care would look like for your situation. If we're not, we'll tell you who in the area is.
