The 90-Minute Care Plan.
$450 · a written care plan that's yours to keep
Ninety minutes in the home, with Patrick. A room-by-room safety read, a current medication list, and a candid conversation with your parent — and with you. Then a written care plan in your inbox within three days: what help is actually needed, how often, what it should cost in this market, and what to watch for over the next six months.

Most families aren't ready to commit. They're ready to understand.
Until now, the only paid way into CarePali was a monthly plan starting at $1,700 — and before that, a free conversation. There was nothing in between. No way to buy something small, find out whether we're any good, and decide from there.
This is that step. It's the same clinical read we'd do before starting care, delivered as something you keep.
Ninety minutes — then something in writing
- 90 minutes in the home — safety, mobility, daily routine, nutrition, and how they're actually managing
- A written care plan in your inbox within three days, reviewed by our RN
- A realistic weekly care schedule, and what that level of care actually costs on the Westside
- Straight answers about your options — including the ones that aren't us
If your parent needs skilled nursing, transportation, or dementia-specialty support, the plan will say so — and name who in the area does it well.
You keep the plan whether or not you ever hire us.
No obligation, no expiry, no follow-up pressure. If we turn out not to be the right team for your family, you still walk away knowing what your parent needs and what it should cost.
$450 for the visit and the written plan
That's the whole cost. There is no subscription attached to it, nothing to cancel, and no obligation to continue with us afterward. You've paid for a professional care plan, and it's yours to use however you like — including with another provider.
Comparable aging-life-care assessments on the Westside typically run $150–$750. We've priced this in the middle of that range, because the point isn't to make money on an assessment — it's to put something real in your hands before you decide anything.
What this visit is, and what it isn't
This is an assessment and a written care plan — daily-living needs, home safety, routine, and realistic options for what comes next. It is not a medical evaluation, a diagnosis, or a substitute for your parent's physician. Where something belongs with a clinician, the plan will say so plainly.
Start with ninety minutes.
You don't have to have it figured out to book this. Most families we sit with are exhausted and not sure what they need yet — that's exactly the visit this is built for. Ninety minutes in the home, a written plan in three days, and a clear picture of what your family is actually dealing with.
