Care that stays close.

I'm Patrick — CarePali founder, and one of your caregivers. U.S. Navy veteran, RN-trained, finishing my LVN. I started CarePali after watching too many Westside families navigate the daily-living layer alone — bathing, dressing, hygiene, safe transfers — while the rest of the care market either over-promised (rotating agency aides) or didn't fit (Medicare home health).

We provide private, non-medical in-home daily-living care for older adults on the Westside of Los Angeles and coastal Ventura — through consistent caregivers paired with each family, supported by licensed RN clinical oversight. No rotating strangers. No staffing-agency model. Just familiar faces, known routines, and care that's quietly done well.

Our approach is nurse-informed and grounded in something harder to define: the understanding that presence compounds. In the long arc of aging in place, consistent, engaged human contact isn't a comfort feature — it's part of how people stay well at home.

We think of families and caregivers as one ecosystem, not two separate parties managing a transaction. When that relationship works, everyone in it feels it.

CarePali isn't for everyone. We work with families who value calm over urgency, companionship over coverage, and the kind of care that doesn't need to announce itself.

How we work.

Consistent care. RN-overseen. Intentionally small.

Every CarePali family is paired with a consistent caregiver — someone who knows your routines, your preferences, your name. A licensed RN reviews clinical observations and supports the care plan. We don't rotate strangers through your home. We don't run a staffing agency. We stay small on purpose, which is how we stay close.

When a caregiver is out — illness, planned time off, family obligation — coverage comes from within our care team, never from an outside fill-in. Your family meets every member of the team within the first month of care.

What we believe about elder care.

Consistency without fragility. A consistent caregiver matters more than the cheapest hour of help. Trust accumulates when the same face comes back week after week.

The visit is sacred. Modesty, pace, and water temperature matter more than efficiency. We move at the senior's pace.

Specificity over abstraction. We don't say "compassionate care." We say 75-minute visits with a skin assessment and a written summary by Saturday.

Narrow scope, capped size. If your parent needs full-day care, skilled nursing, transportation, or dementia-specialty support, CarePali isn't the right fit — and we'll refer you to someone who is.
